Tired Eye Treatments in Vancouver

Under-eye hollows are volume loss under the eye area, creating a tired eye appearance. Hollows can get more noticeable as the skin loses volume with age and lifestyle factors like lack of sleep. This non-surgical solution rejuvenates the under-eye area and improves the appearance of dark circles.

We have treatments that work to restore under-eye volume loss, providing a naturally rejuvenated result. This includes our trademark TiredEye™ treatment by Dr. Pavlou himself.

What Are Tired Eyes?

Under-eye hollows are a common concern as we age. The loss of volume in the under-eye area can create a tired appearance and tend to be more noticeable as the skin loses volume with age.

What Causes Tired Eyes?

Many factors can contribute to under-eye hollows, including lifestyle choices, dehydration, age, and lack of sleep. However, there are non-surgical solutions that can help to rejuvenate the under-eye area and improve the appearance of dark circles.

Under Eye Dermal Fillers

We only use the highest quality dermal fillers at our Vancouver clinic to add volume, shape, structure and contour the face. As we age, the volume slowly disappears, revealing sunken skin and wrinkles. Our filler treatments restore volume loss wherever it occurs.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Treatment for Tired Eyes

Also known as the Vampire Facial, the PRP treatment (Platelet Rich Plasma) uses a patient’s own blood to repair and reconstruct problem areas.

Platelets are the components of our blood that contain multiple growth factors and nutrients. When administered to skin, our own enriched platelets can rejuvenate the skin and target problem areas like acne scars, wrinkles, and volume loss.

The PRP treatment is a game-changer when it comes to achieving desired results. We often use PRP in combination with a variety of treatments at our Vancouver clinic.

Tired Eyes FAQ

How to Get Rid of Tired Eyes?

There are many reasons why someone might want to get rid of under-eye hollows. Perhaps they make you look tired or older than you are. Whatever the reason, a few different methods can be used to achieve this. One popular method is fillers. Fillers can help plump up the skin and reduce the appearance of hollows. As everyone’s needs are different, it’s best to contact Skin Technique to see if fillers are a solution for you!

Is it painful to have dermal filler treatment under the eyes?

Most people find under-eye filler very tolerable. You may feel a small pinch and some pressure, but we use fine needles and can apply numbing cream to keep you comfortable.

I’ve had dark circles my entire life. Am I a candidate for under-eye filler?

If your dark circles are caused by hollowness or volume loss, filler can help smooth the area and reduce shadows. If they’re due to pigmentation or thin skin, we may recommend other treatments. A consultation will determine the best option for you.

My eyes look very tired. What can I do?

Tired-looking eyes can be caused by hollowness, puffiness, sagging skin, or pigmentation. We offer different treatment options (such as PRP and fillers) and create a plan tailored to you and your needs.

Will I bruise or swell?

Mild swelling or bruising is common after under-eye filler, but usually resolves within a few days. We use advanced techniques to minimize downtime and to speed up recovery.

Are there any risks to under-eye fillers?

All injectable treatments carry some risks, including swelling, bruising or lumps. Rarely, vascular complications can occur — which is why it’s essential to see an experienced medical injector. At Skin Technique, we follow the strictest safety protocols.
