Serena is a certified clinician with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She began her career in 2015 and has been practicing as a medical aesthetician since 2022. Her philosophy is rooted in enhancing and preserving each client’s natural beauty — never changing who they are, but helping them feel like the best version of themselves.

She is passionate about helping people feel confident, comfortable, and radiant in their own skin. One of her favourite treatments is Ultherapy, as it stimulates the body’s own collagen to lift and tighten the skin naturally, creating refreshed results without surgery or downtime.

Outside of the clinic, Serena loves to travel and has been fortunate to live in both Hong Kong and Mexico City. Her favourite cities include London, San Sebastián, and New York. These places continually inspire her appreciation for beauty, culture, and innovation — inspiration she brings into her work every day.
